HISTORY
Verne Simmonds Company was founded in 1944 by Verne Simmonds as a manufacturers sales agent for plumbing and heating products. The business operated as a proprietorship until 1965 at which time it was incorporated and the company became a warehousing representative. The company started with an office suite at the Omaha Grain Exchange building, but due to growth, has moved to larger quarters several times. The current location is at 8445 Madison Street.

Current principals include: Dan Holtmeyer (President) and Chris Kennedy (Vice-President of Sales).
